(More customer reviews)After a bit of a slow start I figured out that if I nuge the tank an air buble cames up and the water goes into the heating unit and out comes the steam. Once I got going the steam was flowing easily and the wrinkles came out of my suit beautifully! I was impressed with the over all ease of use and how nice my suits looked when I was finished. Only one warning, the hose gets VERY HOT! It does have a cool touch handle but the hose is very hot! Do not use around small children.
