(More customer reviews)The Legion of Night by Ted Sargent is a classic on the underwing moths. The imprinting of the color images by UMass Press was dissapointing but the original slides were scanned are available as a CD with the entire text and digitized images of other sources of Catocala images such as Strecker, Holland, Hampson and McDonnough. The CD version is also hyperlinked and browseable using an internet browser. It is available as a PC/Mac compatible CD at URL:

for a relatively small donation to the UMass Biology Gift Fund.
