(More customer reviews)It's a good thing that both Toby Hadoke and I are Doctor Who fans, because I might never have heard of him otherwise. Toby's one man show (done with assistance in this case by Colin Baker and Louise Jameson, among others) is brilliant; by turns laugh-out-loud funny and bittersweet, and seems strangely familiar. Oh, that's right, I'm an aging Doctor Who fan myself! This isn't all Toby has done, of course, and I highly recommend a Google search to see what else he gets up to.
If, however, you have ever been a fan of anything, particularly a fan of Doctor Who, and have faced the developing paradoxes that inevitably occur in a world that frowns on imagination and escapism, then you owe it to yourself to either buy this CD, or else download it LEGALLY. Toby is brilliant, and shouldn't be cheated out of his royalties by people who just want free stuff.
Either way, you'll find yourself feeling amused, entertained, and quite possibly nostalgic. Thanks, Toby, and keep up the stellar work!
